"During the Great Snowstorm of January 2014, my heat went out. Of course most of the state was shut down but I began calling heating companies. Bryan, at Affordable Comfort, answered my call, the only one to do so out of many, and told me he had attempted to get out of his neighborhood earlier but was iced in. He took my name, number, and address and told me if he could make it out of his neighborhood later in the day he would call. At this point I had given up hope of getting anyone out to the house for a couple of days. I got a call an hour or two later from Bryan telling me he was about a mile from the house. My husband showed him the attic unit and Bryan worked on it, trying to get it going. He was able adjust the gas pressure to open the valve and explained that it would work for awhile but recommended further work or unit replacement-unit is 16 years old. It's now February 8th and I have a call into him as the unit has gone out again. I am considering replacement at this point.

"I've been a customer of AC Denco for about five or six years now. Always very satisfied with their service and work. My HVAC unit was old, not large enough to heat/cool the house, not very efficient and frequently needed repair, although it was getting harder & harder for Dennis to find parts for such an old unit. Last summer, while here trying to fix my old unit, Dennis, convinced me that it was time for me to get a new HVAC unit, So, I bit the bullet, and got a new, larger, much more efficient unit. He had told me that if I had a better unit, I would see a nice drop in my electric bills, because the unit would be working much more efficiently. Well, for a year now, I've been absolutely thrilled with the new unit, and I'm loving those lower electric bills! They've been cut down, sometimes as much as 50% from what they used to be. The house is heated & cooled Much more efficiently, we're using less electricity, and we're loving the lower electric bills!
