Furnace wasn't available locally and would be sent to Lexington within 3 days. Not acceptable to Ernie. He went to the West side of the state to pick the unit up so he could fix our problem the day he originally promised. (10 hour round trip with a motel stay). I would be very surprised if anyone else would do this. He definitely takes pride in providing A-1 service."
