He came out promptly to take a careful look. We had replaced the gas furnace in 2006 without replacing the a/c unit, so it was a tricky situation to retrofit the a/c accordingly. I replaced my duct filters three days in a row because they were filled with dust and debris. I needed help in a hurry, and Keith went out of his way to make it happen so my painters could arrive on time. I also had electrical work happening on the same day so the power was turned off. Keith went above and beyond to find a portable generator and complete the work. It was an all day job in the heat, and Keith got it done.
