"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. They have always been on time and updated me on their arrival time. We went over the options to keep the system running (repairs and parts), but ultimately decided it would be better to replace it with a new and more efficient unit. Keri, in the office, provided a few quotes for systems with varying options and efficiencies. I selected a variable-stage compressor unit, and I'm looking forward to the installation soon. There was a sense of honesty and integrity in everyone we encountered. There would be no hesitation to recommend Westin Air."

"John took the time to check the co levels in my home and the effect the stove vent fan had on my fireplace. What he failed to do was show me when the gas heater was turned off in the sun room how the heater would act. ALso why the heater kept turning it self off, I finally read the book and it says it shut down based on oxygen level in the room. there were 3 of us and 2 dogs in this space so that must have been the problem. the next day I ran the heater with the dining room door open and it did not shut on and off.
