Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. So not just a simple service - an informed future strategy! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with A Breath of Fresh Aire, we will definitely use their services again."

Tom confirmed the diagnosis but provided me a better deal on a better, more efficient air handler and compressor for a lower price than the other contractor. The better deal included a 10-year parts and labor warranty as no extra cost. Overall, I am very happy with the service I received from Tom. Update 8/2/21 I had a problem where my A/C suddenly stopped working. I got in contact with Tom on a Saturday night. He showed up as promised the next morning (Sunday) before 9am. Tom found the issue within minutes (a capacitor had gone bad and he replaced the capacitor). The system was back up and working by 9:15 am. Since I had the parts and labor warranty, the charge for the service call was $0 (zero). I'm incredibly happy with the service Tom has provided. I wish I could award him 10 stars."

He was explaining and showing her what he saw. He came upstairs and showed me pictures of my unit. When he was finished, he presented me with several options.
