"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. Unique was able to get us scheduled within a week or finalizing the contract, just in time in end of April when the first heat wave hit. It has been almost two months now since Henry and Matt installed our new HVAC system (they both were friendly and did an excellent job) and we are truly enjoying it. With a new baby in the house, it is a relief to have this new unit and ability to cool down our house quickly and efficiently. I know it is a lot interviewing and getting quotes from different HVAC companies - it is a big investment. This company truly stood out for us and were able to work with our budget and our needs for our home. They were the only company who proposed how we could add an additional vent to allow more airflow, and to redo the duct work to the proper sizing for our house and up to code. "Very professional and fair with pricing. He actually answered my call on Saturday at around 5PM and was able to come out the next morning to fix my furnace. Everywhere else I called sent me to an answering service. The part needed had to be shipped and he offered to bring over space heaters in the mean time. This guy is great I will definitely call him again in the future for my heating and AC repairs."

"I called for service because my indoor unit stopped blowing air and it was 90 degrees In The home. George answered the ph and was extremely courteous and understanding and was able to come out the same day and get us cold air again. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Gave me several options and wasn t pushy about me replacing my system or didn t use scare tactics to sell me a system. "Universal Air Heating and Cooling recently installed new air conditioner and gas furnace. Smooth process from start to finish. Bill was very knowledgeable and honest about what I needed. He provided options and did not oversell additional equipment like other companies. His team installed the new systems in a timely fashion. They too were knowledgeable and were eager to teach me. They were careful while in my home and cleaned any debris. Pricing of new system was very fair for Trane. Thus far, happy to use this company and would recommend to a friend or family member absolutely."
