Because the repair would have been costly, Steven offered us several options so we could make an informed decision about whether to repair or replace. He spent three hours inspecting our system and explaining our options, thoroughly answering all of our questions. He never rushed us to make a decision. We decided to replace our two inadequate systems with a zoned system, a two-day job that required extensive duct work.
