"I was very happy with my experience using this company. In the middle of a heat wave, right before the July 4th holiday, my AC stopped working. The man who installed it and had been servicing it was too busy to come for a week. I called MSD and was given an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. They were prompt and courteous, fixed my problem, and were reasonably priced. I will be calling them in the future."

"Our oil burner began emitting Carbon monoxide (CO) early one morning and stopped working. We called several repair services and no one called us back in a timely manner. We found AB Castello's on Angie's List, completed the Angie's List form and Desmond from AB Castellos called us immediately. Robert arrived less than an hour later. The first thing he did when he arrived was check for CO emissions. He then determined that our 16 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Later that day we received an estimate via email, had all of our questions answered on the phone, and arrived the next morning prepared to remove and replace our furnace. Desmond and Robert worked all day, into the evening, in order to install the new furnace. They were determined not to leave us one more night without heat. They were very polite, pleasant, neat and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company should you need service of any kind. Their response time was better than almost any other contractor we have hired, and their work excellent. They also cleaned up very well before leaving our home, and were very careful as they carried equipment in and out of our house. I cannot speak highly enough of them"

"We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. Overall we were very pleased, but the summer will tell!"

"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

He and his crew did an excellent job installing the 2 high efficiency HVAC systems. Both systems are running well. "High quality, responsive, fair, and clean These guys are the best! We worked with them on a water heater replacement and a air conditioner repair/replacement - both in July 2019. When our water heater broke, we called several places. They were the first to respond - Ahmad was able to come out to our house within an hour or so. He answered our questions, let us know why he knew it needed to be replaced (as opposed to repairing a link), and began working. He noted that our previous water heater had been installed incorrectly, and he re-welded a pipe so that the new water heater could be installed on a more level surface. While he was at our house, we asked if he could also install a new kitchen faucet that we had been meaning to replace. He was able to fix it in 20 minutes. For both repairs, he left the worksite clean. I'm glad our water heater broke that day, because we learned they also do air conditioner repair. Dean was much more knowledgeable and provided us with more repair options than any other company we had contacted. We had been under the impression that both our air handler and condenser needed to be replaced, but he let us know that although the condenser needed to be replaced, only one part of the air handler - the coil - needed to be replaced. This saved us thousands of dollars. Dean also patiently answered our questions about other air conditioner options we were considering (e.g., whether to get a a unit with greater capacity). While we were waiting for parts to be available, they did a temporary fix of our old air conditioner so that we didn't melt during the heat wave. On the day of the repair, everything went smoothly - they kept me informed about progress and cleaned up after themselves. I'll definitely call Green Apple the next time I have a plumbing or HVAC issue!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "I'm picky and can be pain in the neck to be pleased. I want value service that is functional but doesn't cost arms and legs. I did a lot of research, calling, and got quotes from other vendors and decided to go with Cesar's A&C Quality Air. He installed a brand new AC in our single house home. He also came back to repair our heating unit. For the AC installation, his price was reasonable but the service and quality was top notch. He recommended us the appropriate brand that does the same work unlike 99% other vendors who recommend either the most expensive one or the ones sitting on their inventory warehouse. Cesar and his team are thorough and you can tell Cesar is in charge and the work gets done. We also have an old heating unit and I thought it was a quick fix but he came in and spent 1.5 hours with no complaints and explained everything like a professor. I had tons of questions during his each visit and he always answered my questions and provided even further information that I didn't even know I had to know. All aspects - Cesar is trustworthy and I'd recommend him to my family and friends."
