"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit. The company personnel were professional, polite and arrived at the scheduled time. They worked through the heat and did a professional job. "I had been experiencing uneven heating and cooling and high electrical bills for many years. My unit was also almost 20 yrs old and not working very well anymore. I did my homework and decided I wanted a Trane. I contacted several companies for estimates. Air Network as the only company who contacted me in the time frame promised as well as coming out to see what my needs really were. It turned out my duct work was done improperly by the previous owner resulting in my uneven cooling. Air Network answered all my questions honestly and gave me several bids on different brands and sizes before the day was done. They put mats on my floors and began dismantling my system. Chris the owner drove 2 hours to north Austin to pick up the unit I requested since there were no local Trane outlets and then 2 hours back to Hallettsville. They worked so efficiently I actually fell asleep in my recliner while they worked. By the end of the day I was more comfortable in my home than at anytime since I bought it. His crew were neat and courteous and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I was so impressed by Air Networks that I will not allow any other company to service my system in the future. There were no extra or hidden costs. The job was done for exactly what the estimate was. I HIGHLY recommend Air Network.
