"We had our tankless water heater drained - annual maintenance. They show up when they say they will and do it right the first time. In the past we've had issues with AC's, plumbing and more. "I emailed HomeAdvisor for a AC repair at about 11pm last night. In the morning I had 3 companies sent to me by HA. I read the reviews and emailed 2. They both got back to me right away, one couldnâ t get to me until next Tuesday, the other called me at 7:45am and asked me what type of problem we were experiencing and that they could be at the house between 8:30-9:30am...that same morning! We said come on down and they were there at about 8:45, completed the repair and checked the system and gone in an hour. The cost was very reasonable. We would hire them again! Thanks Tom!"
