I called office on 07/26/2019 (same day as original estimate) to see how much to replace 2nd unit and was told it was late in the day but someone would call back on Monday. On Monday I called again and was told that Kade wasn't in the office but the office person said that she thought someone was working on the price. She said I would get a call back. I called Heating and Air 365 to try to get a cheaper quote on a new system. Tommy came out and said the system was fine. It just had a short in the thermostat wires by the ac, my dog must have chewed through them. He replaced the wires and fixed something in the furnace and everything is working great. "We recently had Same Day Heating and Air Conditioning come to our house to inspect our furnaces before turning the furnaces on during the cooler winter months and they discovered that both units had gas leaks. The system is 20 years old so it wasnâ t a complete surprise although we had hoped to put off replacing them for about 1-2 years.
