"So happy! The tech was on time, he showed concern. Alex explained exactly what he was going to do, and was patient and professional about it. Alex was very helpful, he showed me how to properly clean the air conditioning unit outside for better working performance. Keeping it clean and free from grass clippings and debris, which will be helpful for future seasons. He charged my air conditioner up with refrigerant, weighing it on a scale right in front of me.
