"Tom came over to provide an estimate for dual fuel and geothermal systems to replace our propane furnace for efficiency. I told him our propane bill was coming out to $100/wk. He asked me a few more questions about runtimes and summer cooling performance. He said something wasn't adding up. He brought in testing equipment and found that the furnace was not set up correctly and was running way below capacity, causing it to run all the time.
