"I called Dallas within minutes after I posted my request on Home Advisor. He volunteered to come out that afternoon but I was at work so could not meet him that day (12/17). He came in a timely manner today (12/18). He was friendly and quickly went to work on our furnace. He worked the entire time he was here, wearing a mask & keeping social distancing. It is so nice to have heat again!!!!!! I would definitely use his company again should we have heating or A/C problems. I feel his rates were appropriate. As retired 80 year olds we have a difficult time getting work done around the home. I am so impressed with not only Dallas but Home Advisor.
