"Not easy finding an HVAC company willing to install a gas steam boiler. These guys did it all and did it well, removing the old oil burner and oil tank, installing a Weil McClain boiler including steam piping and hot water, installing gas piping, electrical and plumbing, including all inspections, even leaving me a temporary hot water heater until the furnace installation was completed. They fully accommodated my schedule as well. The town electrical inspector who came after installation was complete confirmed their good reputation."

The install (of a combined propane furnace and central A/C) took place just days after I first spoke with Derek, and involved minimal downtime while the old system was swapped out for the new one.
