"Even though I have solar heat, my electric bill was around $300 per month for four or more months. I have two furnaces and heat pumps. Temperature control cleaned the ducts (that had never been cleaned before) and found there was a 25 and 35 percent leakage. They sealed the ducts. It was at a time when I was getting ready to turn the heat off.. I've had two electric bills since. One was $70 and the latest was $60. The airconditioning in the house is very even and comfortable, not like the previous year. It will be interesting to see what my winter bills are. I expect they will be normal."

"I had the pleasure of working with Nate. He took the time to explain the history of the company (yeah a bit boring but nice to know) as well as the company's standing within the business community. He then went up and took a look over the unit that had not been touched in about eight years, When he came back down he took the time to explain what was going on with the unit, the good, the bad and the expensive! We discussed the best approach for the immediate remediation of most the issues. Took about two hours for him to take care of everything and the end cost was offset by purchasing a maintenance plan with them. So I am sure I will be seeing Nate again come the fall or spring.
