"Epic Mechanical installed a new heat pump a year ago to replace my old, struggling air conditioner. They did in in good time, even in my cramped attic. The workers were efficient and friendly, and more. Their electrician returned later to add a bigger circuit breaker to make sure it was safe for the potentially added load. After a year, one of their staff returned for a tune up to make sure the new system is ready for the coming summer heat; he came within a day of my call. All around, great service."

"Roger and his crew installed a new 3-ton Trane A/C and heat system yesterday at my home. They did a great job, were on time, worked non-stop, cleaned up before leaving and hauled away old system. "I can not say enough good things about this company. Andrew called me back with in an hour and was at my house fixing my AC problem with in 4 hours. This all happened the same day which was a Monday and in the heat of June. I absolutely had no wait time even though he had a full schedule. Andrew was very mannerly and very professional. "a family owned heat &air company, open on sundays, did not reply our phone calls, a large family's ac quit working during the hot day. home advisor recommended i call 3 different companies and the home advisor operator would give each of those 3 our contact info... as i was hanging up the phone comfort concepts called me saying they were ready to get to work anytime that sunday- they did a great job"
