"I have tried to contact Mr. Welles on 3 occasions.  First, by e-mail...he responded in a timely way, said the job was something he could do and asked that I call him.  I called him and left  a voice message.  He responded  3+ weeks later with a message that he had had a loss in the family, but was available if I still needed the work done.  I left another message that I did need the work done.  That was more than 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting to hear from him.  I can appreciate that he may have personal issues preventing him from responding, but then he should change his voice mail to indicate that he is not available instead of indicating he will call back soon!"

"The owner of the company gave me a call and came out for the job appraisal on the same day. I received the appraisal that evening. He was there two days later and the complete install was done in two days and it works great. About the owner and his crew, they were great, polite, kept the work area clean and completed the central A/C in two days with quality equipment at a very reasonable price. They followed up a couple days after the work was completed to follow up and make sure everything was functioning properly. "It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."
