Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. "David was earlier than the scheduled time. He was very meticulous and thorough with his service of our system. After being advised from another company that our AC needed a full replacement because of a faulty compressor. We decided to get a second opinion. After all the compressor was not faulty. The outside unit was filthy and the system was low on refrigerant. After the total cleaning of the outside unit and addition of some refrigerant the system runs like it had never missed a beat. Now I understand that it is just a matter of time for a 17 year old Trane system but there are still many hours on this system still. Additionally he adjusted the dampers in ventilation system, located in our attic space. He demonstrated this process so I can do it myself in the future, if I need to. "AC was out less than 24 hours. Call the same day it was out. They scheduled with me the next day in the morning. Austin was very personable, knowledgeable, passionate about fixing my AC. He explained everything to me from the diagnosis to the root of the problem, the solutions, what to look for further in regards to my system, and how to keep it going. I was blown away on how comfortable he made me feel and how easy he explained the process so I can understand. Not only did I get an HVAC fix, but I also got a monthly maintenance agreement for my HVAC so they can come out twice a year to take care of my equipment and keep it up. I do not want to worry about my HVAC system to go down. My oldest son and I worked from home while my wife homeschooled our two younger ones. Lastly, it very difficult to work at home mentally when you have to deal with humidity, high temperatures, and kids who are uncomfortable.
