He shut it off so that it wouldn't flood our basement and notified me of the problem, explaining it in detail so I could tell my oil company what was wrong when I called them for emergency service. Thanks to Kevin noticing a problem in equipment he wasn't servicing, we avoided major damage."

"The process was slow initially as I had to interview several HVAC before finding 3 who were willing to do the work. One was priced much too high and I didn't like the initial proposal of the placement of lines. Another contractor didn't fill me with confidence and they are part of a company that split off with different franchises (I believe). NETR's contact person, Russell, who evaluated the project was open to the idea as well as followed up with technical advice as this was a nonconforming application. After several reviews by NETR personnel and outside engineers to make sure there was enough airflow for the compressor, where and how to run the lines inside the loft; I had my carpenter build an aluminum box which took time as it was custom-ordered of sheets to be build on premises. After it was setup, NETR took over, evaluated the box, re-reviewed the plans, and subsequently sent 2 very competent techies. The job took 3 1/2 days which was fine with me. The last day a 3rd technician replaced one who had to go over to another job. They were polite and answered any questions I had. They left the place in clean condition. The system lines looks very nicely put together, works beautifully, cools the condo very nicely (remember 23 5' high windows w/plenty of solar gain). They subcontracted an experienced electrician who's expert workmanship convinced me that I will use him for future work. Terrific company who's customer service is conscientious and with good follow-through. Their abilities and experience revealed themselves in this application and I'm very grateful that they wanted to try out this nonconforming application as the only options left to me were window ACs which I find unsatisfactory, and in the bedroom impossible to sleep with while on.

We've never once had to call them back to resolve any issues associated with their work, and they've done a lot of work over for us over the last 9 years. Recently, our water heater died very suddenly; I came home from my office and water was leaking out of the water heater onto the basement floor. Within minutes, their service manager was guiding me over the phone regarding which valves to turn off etc. and he had me take a few pics to send to him. I was very satisfied the his performance then I signed up for an annual maintenance contract. for about $200.00. He said the contract would be emailed along with my receipt by email. I got the receipt but no contract. I sent an email asking for the contract and I have received nothing after over a week."

"a very complicated no heat from furnace call as a landlord i rented to a Sister 1stFloor and Brother on 2ndfloor What i didnt know there was no Zone Valve to separate the 2 floors so essentially the FirstFloor only received hot-water when 2ndFloor Thermostat called for heat As I didnt know this I had Taylor come in friday for initial eval and Thermostat install..over the weekend he mentioned I think both floors are wired together Solution? i asked Zone Valve so FirstFloor and 2ndFloor Thermostats input call to separate circulator pumps He made it happen and now my FirstFloor is no longer tied to 2ndFloor Thermostat and has "independent heat" This situation was COMPLETELY OVERLOOKED BY PLUMBER thank god i was able to get Taylor Christie to get this working Thanks Taylor!"
