Rohrerâ s has been incredibly great, thorough and patient at coming out, trouble-shooting, and getting the furnace working, despite the problem probably not being caused by their system. "I thought they were on the high side. The only problem that I've had with their delivery is, they brought oil when I didn't think I needed it. If I have a full tank in April, I don't them to come out until the fall. I don't have to be here when they deliver the oil, they show up on the day. I don't have an appointment."

He provided options and did not oversell additional equipment like other companies. His team installed the new systems in a timely fashion. They too were knowledgeable and were eager to teach me. They were careful while in my home and cleaned any debris. Pricing of new system was very fair for Trane.
