I was not in a position to repace whole system ac/heating due to cost at the present time. I decided to try repair myself for the heating component for the winter and see what we can do in spring. Rep offered support if needed. Rep was prompt on getting back to me . others I called never showed up! I will call them when I am ready to get the system replaced right!"

With us owning our own, all we had to do was give them a copy of fire certificate that they are all checked out and good. We get the lowest deal on propane ever, from them. They are excellent. We are not even looking to go to another place. The price is the reason we are with them because my wife and I do look at the prices of propane and we actually even made a couple of calls and we couldn’t beat their price. They come when they tell you they are going to come; they are perfect. If we are not here, he just leaves the coupon on the breeze way door and we either drop it off or put it in the mail the next day. They always give you a coupon for your next delivery as long as you pay them properly and we always do. So they are always willing to give you discounts. They are very nice; they are very good on the phone and very professional."

"It was a little bit confusing for me. I purchased this coupon and this company then charged me another hundred dollars on top of it. It was a little bit difficult for me to look through what I already paid for and what was extra but that wasn't very communicated. That was very confusing as well as not a very good experience. The fellow was friendly. It wasn't very clearly communicated what I had already purchased for with this coupon. They did some work on the ducts here but because of this, it kind of made it a little bit of bad experience but overall, it's an average rating. They should communicate better to me to begin with before they actually show up what was purchased and what additional services that I can buy."
