"The guy was just phenomenal.  We liked that when he came out, he did an assessment of what we needed.  He kind of laid it out for us and we had to do some things to replace another board on our a/c, rather than just saying that it would cost so much to get it.  He gave me options to see if we could find the part independently.  If we could then he would charge a minimal fee to come in and to put back into to make the a/c work correctly.  We did some things and he came in temporarily to make it work until we could find an a/c to replace it.  We called him that time and had him consider our a/c system back again.  We appreciated his honesty.  When he came in, he spent a good 45 minutes to figure out what the issue was.  He didn't even charge us for the service because he couldn't fix it with what he had.  If it needs to be charged then he would have to order things.  They are doing best for the people in this economy get what they want to get."

"I can not say enough positive about Chris and Chuck and O 2 KOOL!! Chuck came out in early January to look at my old Trane gas furnace .. he got it going with no trouble. Now today ... during our ice/snow armageddon it went out again. I called and Chris FaceTimed with me .. looked at what was up and talked me through how to relight the system myself. Good news .. I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! They not only helped, but assured me .. a 60 yr old woman .. everything would be OK and safe. That is a VERY rare quality!"

I have never seen a large HVAC vendor that the owner of the company came out to do the original walk through. Miles (the owner) is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only was his bid incredibly competitive - he also notice that we wanted to have two crews to handle the large home project we had done for new A/C and furnace solutions. The work was done all in one day and they spend extra time cleaning up after all the work was done. Then the next day Miles called me back to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.
