Job site manage stopped by house later that night to make sure everything went well. That evening Owner Kinty Jones messaged me to make sure System was up and working and if anything else he could help with. You Can Not get better Customer Service than that. Just a Great Arkansas Family Owned Business!!!! Would give 6 starts if I could and would highly recommend for service or new system"

"This company does not answer my phone calls. We never knew when they planned to arrive to work on our installations. We ordered three air conditioning units and three heating units. The last unit was a heat pump instead of a regular air conditioner but I allowed them to install the unit since we were told the fan would run when the temperature was below 32 degrees.. Lennox shipped the wrong unit. We were not familiar with a heat pump. The unit fan runs constantly and the installer will not return my phone call."
