"We decided to add central air to our house. I called sure-temp as they installed our furnace 4 years ago. Based on my furnace experience, I expected a quote from a polite, professional person and that is exactly what I got. Interestingly enough, I mentioned to the estimator that I felt that Sure Temp was very reasonable with their products and pricing. He said quite bluntly that they were not necessarily the cheapest but that they worked hard to support everything that they sell. To be safe, I had 2 other companies do an assessment. While a month and a half later I have yet to hear from one company, the second was $200.00 more for a similarly featured competitive model. Add the 36 month interest free financing and I am happy. To be honest, the estimators from all 3 companies were professional in their work.
Ok. Back to sure temp. The quote came to me within 2 days. After doing my due diligence, I contacted Sure Temp to confirm, got approved and within a week the install was completed. Talk about fast! The installers arrived early and were pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

"Dave was very professional. Called to request if he could come earlier than scheduled appt when I described my problem. His quick comprehension and resolution of my gas water heater problem (exhaust ducting had melted due to excessive heat) probably saved everyone's life in the house from carbon monoxide poisoning. One thing though, if you are entitled to a discount at a home improvement center, mine was military at Lowe's, let him know in advance. You will have to go to the center and purchase the supplies to get the discount."
