"Jeff was very respectful of my schedule and made an appointment time to meet at a specific time. He was highly knowledgable about heat pumps and was careful to be sure I received the best service at the lowest price possible. He even is trying to make sure that my heat pump and A/C system remain in adequate running order in the future by rechecking my system thoroughly in the spring, allowing me to have possible access to special deals from dealers if my system should need a replacement part."
