"Ali came over to our home when we called with a concern of the air flow in our central air conditioning system. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. Not only did they come out in the snow but refused to charge us a dime until our furnace was fixed. They stayed on the phone with the manufacturer until everything was completed. They were on time and over the course of the weekend kept us updated as to the status of the part needed to fix the furnace. These are my new heating guys and I look forward to my next service call.
