"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. "Heat exchanger had cracked on the old furnace. Had a slow carbon monoxide leak into my house. Once leak was discovered we immediately stopped using the furnace. Can't say enough about the Christian team. They didn't try to sell me a product i didn't need. They were extremely responsive to my initial call. The company also let me borrow two space heaters so that my house wouldn't freeze until the installation date. The installation itself went well with no major issues. Before leaving the installers went over all of the work completed and gave me a quick training on the new digital thermostat.

"We are very happy with the work that was done by Unique installing a new gas boiler and tying it into our 1940’s hot water heating system. The estimator Mike, took time measuring every room to be sure we get just the right size unit needed for our house. (An estimator, from another company, didn’t size all the rooms, wanted to put in a smaller boiler and at a higher cost!). The installation was painless. The work was done in one day which included removal of our old system. The new system is extremely efficient and we already have noticed significant savings on gas and electric.
