"Mark came to my place and gave it everything he got. He made several calls to find the product to fit my carrier air system but carrier does not share nore let none dealers order there product but my hats off to mark for giving it his all trying to repair my a/c system. "I would highly recommend this company. My furnace went out on a Saturday. I called 8 different companies to come fix it. "It went extremely well. Our AC unit failed during a bad heat wave, and the people at Airstream handled our emergency with efficiency and professionalism. Although very busy, Robin, the woman who took my call, was responsive and knowledgeable and placed us on the schedule immediately, sending a technician out as soon as possible. It took a couple days, but this was July 4th week, and they were no doubt handling a lot of problems just like mine. The technician arrived at the designated time, diagnosed the problem and drove back to town and got our new fan and returned out and installed it the same day. He was very thorough and helpful, cleaning the unit and then remaining here until he was certain, after tests, the unit was performing correctly. We will keep Airstream's number handy and will call them again for help when the time comes. Very satisfied."
