"I contacted DiBiase after a review of Angie's List contractors, and arranged for the to provide an overall system review and test, as well as to address the handful of issues that had been outstanding for years.  As it had been two years, I asked for a full system test and evaluation.  Scheduling was easy, and they were very professional and timely in setting up an appointment for the next week.  The team of two showed up as scheduled, including a phone call indicated they were on there way a half hour before they showed up.  I spent some time with the team explaining the problems we had been having.  And they called me back so they could show me the issues they had found, and also to explain how they had remediated the issues.
Overall I was very satisfied with DiBiase, and as a result of their high quality service, agreed to a 1 year service plan.

"I needed repairs or replacement for a furnace at rental property. I submitted a request through Home Advisor, and within seconds I got a call from Frank. Frank visited the property the same day (10/16), and came back the next day to fixed the furnace. I spoke to the tenant, and she said she now has heat. Prior to contacting Old Skool I contacted a contractor who had done work on the furnace for the last several years. They advised me that the furnace could not be fixed and that they would not even consider repairing it. The only option the other company provided was replacement at almost a cost of $3,000. They also told me they probably would not be able to get parts for the furnace since it was so old. Old Skool found the part(s), fixed it, and cleaned it for less than $400.
