"We found Ozark Heating and Cooling is now renamed Comfort Care Heating and Cooling, same address. We called them and explained the problem. They were at the house 2 days later. Our technician Sam was great. He found the air filter was not properly cleaned and may have added to our A/C problem. He cleaned up the condenser, checked the freon level and our A/C filter. He explained the problem and pointed out possible future problems with our 20 year old unit. Sam was very professional and fixed the problem in an hour. I would highly recommend this company for any A/C and heating problem. We will definitely use this company for our future A/C and heating needs."

"It went great. My furnace had caught on fire and burnt and melted a bunch of electronics in my furnace. (2 pole sequencer and blower relay) Sounds expensive right? It wasn't that bad considering. They were here in a few hours after calling them, he checked everything out to see why it happened, replaced said electronics and wires, and he even cleaned my coils with a wire brush. (I'm pretty sure thats my job) Parts + labor = $189.00 = Happy customer :)

"Called for a tech to do a service check on a system in our home we purchased last year. The came out on a Tuesday. He did a check and stated our AC system was nearly empty of freon. Our unit is 17 yrs old so we opted for a complete new hvac as most other items were new to the home. Friday, same week George came back and did a great job removing and installing our new hvac. "Tuesday, February 7, 2023, CW (Charles Waterman) of Commercial Home Services In Camdenton Missouri, installed a new thermostat for the furnace in my house in Eldon Missouri. After he had left the thermostat wasnâ t working correctly, so I called him the next day to see if he could return and take a look at it. Over the next few days I contacted him several times. Apparently he had a very busy week, but first thing Monday morning February 13, 2023 he called me back and said that he would go by the house that morning and take a look at the thermostat. He found the thermostat was working but the furnace had several problems which he informed me would be fairly expensive to repair. I have decided to replace the furnace which is over 30 years old with a heat pump. Charles has been courteous and very helpful. I appreciate what heâ s done for us and would recommend him."
