"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. "Jim came out the same day I used the Home Advisor website. Literally an answer to the prayer I just prayed that morning. Fast, knew exactly what to do and my AC is working properly again. I will hire Lancaster Heat & Air from now on, I am already planning on having them come out in the Fall to do a service inspection on the Furnace to make sure all goes well for the Winter. If you have Heat or Air problems: CALL them, they are great and VERY reasonable on price."
