"I had Shanks Heating and Cooling install a new GeoThermal unit at my home. They were amazing. From start to finish Each team member was respectful and professional. They made a stressful situation better by answering my every question, even simple questions, and never made me feel stupid for asking. They were there on time and every time they said they would be there. The price that was quoted was exactly what they said and they even upgraded my thermostat without charge! I would recommend this company to anyone and if you are searching for a new furnace or a/c at a minimum you should give them a chance to earn your business. They are amazing!!!"

"It went very well. This is a very nice company the people were polite and congenial and worked the whole time they were here and did a very good job ands did not leave any mess to clean up anywhere. I would hire them again. In fact in approximately a year I may be looking at replacing another heat pump at a rental and I will most surely hire them. They were very punctual on their timing and Jeff who owns the company is very punctual at getting to me to talk to me before replacing the heat bottom and within two days the heat pump was put in"
