"Dillon was the scheduler and very professionally, let me know all the steps that would happen. He then called when the technician was running late because jobs were taking a bit longer. That was good news to me because it meant to me that the technician was not just going in and putting band-aids on the heating systems but taking the time to fix them. When the technician arrived, he came in with his backpack toolbox, which made me feel like he knew what he was doing (when they come in with nothing in hand, it makes me think they do not know what they are doing). Jared was the technician, and he is professional, he has had the training and experience and uses gages to troubleshoot. He got directly to the problem, focused on it, and fixed it. "It is my daughters house and her furnace went. I was at my daughters house for the installation. They came right out but could not do the job for 2 days being the weekend . They gave her heaters to use for free and did exactly what they said they would. They replaced her furnace and the job was done quickly and the cleanup was excellent. Definitely recommend. "I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."

One of the units connected to my AC was not functioning. It was a problem with the condenser. Making matters worse, the company that made the AC was no longer in business and getting parts was problematic to say the least. A prior company just gave up on it.
Damion didn't charge me at all to look at the AC system (something the other company charged me $100 for) and then he set out to find a condenser. It was not an easy thing to find, but he was persistent and he found it.
The estimate given to me by the other company was in excess of $1500. Damian did it for $1200. He was thorough, he was prompt, he was quick, and he was professional. I would have no trouble recommending him to anyone. He is not one of the bigger companies that service AC systems, but I think he may be the best around here.
