Old Dominion gave us a fair price to fix the unit and they ordered the parts and had the work done the day after parts arrived. They did a complete system replacement. The technician Chris O. was extremely knowledgeable, professional and highly respectful of my property. Kept me informed and sort my consent as to how he was planning on accomplishing certain installation requirement. I got about five estimates for this job and Taylor had the most economical package.
