"Jeff and his Team were OUTSTANDING !!! I had to replace a very old 45 Y.O. plus Oil furnace. After calling several other companies for a comparable replacement ( including my oil provider ), Jeff was the only company that really asked about my heating needs, plan for staying in the home and even reviewed some other options that would be best for me and my family. Comfort wise and financially. "I looked at a number of different options and they had the best pricing and they also specialize in just doing central air. So they were also sort of a plumber and gas fitter, anything like that, and so they really specialized in what I was looking for. So that is sort of their core business. They were good and they did a very nice, clean job. The house was built in 1901 and so they did a great job of removing the old radiators and radiant based heat systems and replacing it with a new central air set up."

"UIC was quick to respond and come up with the quote. Quote was very competitive against others. They were not so eager to do service on my old water heater though (I asked them to replace anode rods). I decided to go with them since their availability was good (2wks) and ratings on AngiesList were excellent while price was competitive. The job went well, though not without hiccups. I was expecting new boiler to be placed on the wall next to the foundation; though they built a new wall in the middle of the mechanical room, which costed me space; they said it will be 3K more to put in on the wall AFTER they arrived on the job with all the equipment and team. They refused to drain old water from my radiant heat system, saying I need a plumber to come for $290 per hour for 4 hours to drain the system and look for preexisting leaks. Had to hire some other plumber who took care of the problem for $215 in a mere hour. After the project was complete, system started to experience leaks. It was due to new drain connector that they decided to use for this project, and I was apparently first customer for it. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to fix the leak, they had to replace the connector, which addressed the issue. In addition, the system was eligible for rebate; however the rebate amount promised ended up being $450 less than actually paid; they quoted natural gas rebate though my system was on propane, which I told them upfront."

"We've used Atlantic Heating & AC for many years and wouldn't consider any other company. Atlantic is extremely responsive, priced reasonably, and they always do a great job. We've never once had to call them back to resolve any issues associated with their work, and they've done a lot of work over for us over the last 9 years. Recently, our water heater died very suddenly; I came home from my office and water was leaking out of the water heater onto the basement floor. Within minutes, their service manager was guiding me over the phone regarding which valves to turn off etc. and he had me take a few pics to send to him. The very next day, a serviceman was at our house installing a brand new, much better water heater than the house had come with, and we haven't had an issue yet, and this was several months ago. I'm a Realtor and Atlantic has bailed my seller clients out of HVAC issues on a moment's notice, so I will always be grateful for the excellent sales and service that we receive thanks to Atlantic Heating and AC."
