"Repair involved a 20 year old Lennox furnace mounted in attic. Repair involved replacing two limit switches, failure mode was constant running of heat and fan. Workman was able to diagnose the problem and temporarily bypass limit switches to restore normal furnace functioning. A day later he got replacement switches and installed them. Total work time for two visits was less than 1 hour. Workman was knowledgeable and competent. Cost was reasonable."

"I was looking for a company to replace my hydronic heating system and inefficient condenser with a new heat pump condenser, as well as a new furnace system to support the heat pump condenser. I reached out to two companies and OC Excel quoted me a much more reasonable price, and both company informed me at the time of quote that they would need to cut open a portion of my condo’s ceiling where the furnace was at, but they will patch it back/know someone that would patch it back. On the day of the job, OC Excel did everything they could to avoid cutting my ceiling, so I wouldn’t need to patch it back later and have the marks, and they were able to do it! I really appreciated them going the extra miles for me!"

"HD MECHANICAL! I don’t even know where to start, Chris and his team were went above and beyond when doing work at my house. They were honest and and caring which you don’t see from a lot of companies now a days. "This company and Pete specifically is outstanding. I was able to get a same day appointment and my elderly mother s furnace was fixed at a very reasonable price. We were told by the Gas Co and another contractor that it needed to be replaced. Turns out it was getting no electricity so Pete reset electrical breaker then did some minor repairs and got it going. Others told us to hire an electrician and walked away. Would definitely recommend this firm. In my opinion Pete went the extra mile to get the job done. Thank you!!"

"It went amazingly well - I thought I was going to need a whole new furnace - $6K + and for the prelim fee the gentleman that showed up was able to diagnose and clean out to get the heater working. He also explained how it worked and why the heater was stopping and sending out cool air. Additionally let me know how to maintain it to stop it from happening again. Great customer service!"
