"We have had a heat pump with individual units in 6 rooms for 3 years. The installation by another company was good, but the system never worked because of a leak that the installer never figured out. We hired Total Home Environmental, in part because of their fast response to my Home Advisor application. Within a couple days they had the problem diagnosed, and 2 days later Nate and Cesar located the leak, fixed the leak, and the system has never run better as an AC unit.
