"Plumber came and diagnosed that the circulator was not running and that an over ride tank had a leak in it.. Planned to have him do the wok the following day. Problem : he left without turning our heater back on, so when I returned to the house that evening the house was 63 degrees. After 2 phone conversations (he did respond quickly), i was able to turn my boiler on myself and reopen the pipes to the boiler. Was very upset at the time with his oversight, even if he was very pleasant. He returned and replaced circulator and we felt a slight improvement. After 2 days of only slight improvement, another plumber from company come out and check things out. Turns out there was a problem with our electric box on the boiler. He fixed it and heating system is working great. I questioned why this problem was not diagnosed first time and perhaps we didn't need a circulator in the first place. The supervisor and I spoke at length and he explained everything to me and that he would review our case and speak to both plumbers. He held our checks and said he would wait to deposit them until the matter was resolved. The company decided not to charge us for the new electric box even though he felt strongly that it was faulty. I appreciate the supervisor attentiveness, explanation and his resolution. I would recommend this company. They were very fair and professional."
