"Nobody told us that calling Home Comfort Experts would guarantee us a 90 minute business presentation. The guy who visited us gave us literally a 90 minute speech on who founded the company, who expanded the company, and how many customers with five star ratings they have. Only about 20 of those 90 minutes were looking through the house to set up an hvac system. The guy was nice but the sales pitch took forever, all to be quoted $10k for the job by them and $4k by a more local company for the same exact set-up. I just appreciate businessmen who get straight to business more than a company who feels the need to pitch their product for an hour and a half. If the product needs that much pitching, it?s not worth it to me."

"I had a dining room light fixture replaced with a new one. The work was done well and in a timely manner. Having said this, it is important to note that Mr. Electric's notification system is not working and both times (once for the initial estimate) I received a new time via both email and text--both outside the window of time I was initially given. When I called about this, it was brushed off and said that their system comes out of a different time zone and needs to be fixed. What??! Since the job was done so well and timely I still gave this job a 4.5 rating in spite of the annoying scheduling glitches."

"They were prompt to respond and were here to quickly assess the issues with my furnace and A/C system. After correcting the thermostat issue from a previous repair service the furnace was fixed. I had explained that we were told we would need a new furnace and A/C system by another contractor. I was told by Gnoth and Naragon Heating, LLC we did not need a new furnace or A/C and the extreme expense for a new system. The furnace & central A/C system did not need changed but they would test the A/C system for the leaks in the cooling system. We had the A/C system charged last summer due to a slow leak and were told then the whole system would have to be replaced this year. Gnoth gave me an estimate with the possibility of needing just a new A - coil only and would save me thousands of dollars. They were honest up front with what the estimate would cost and scheduled a date prior to the outdoor heat to test and correct the A/C system. Within a few days the service tech was here and repaired our system. A+ to the honesty, courtesy, knowledge, testing, and cost savings was every bit of 5 star rating and more. "I am extremely pleased with Gnoth & Naragon! I made several phone calls to other local providers trying to get my ecobee4 thermostat installed. Unfortunately, no one else wanted to do it (or didn't pick up the phone) because I hadn't purchased the thermostat from them. I spoke with the owner's wife at first and then a few days later the regular receptionist called back to confirm everything. They were both extremely helpful and kind of shocked that no one else wanted to install our new thermostat! I also decided, since they were so helpful, to go ahead and get our furnace serviced/cleaned. Now, I know our furnace is old (20+ years) and it has some issues, but there was no pressure to purchase a new one. The gentleman that serviced our furnace said that it was old, but it worked.
