"Nobody told us that calling Home Comfort Experts would guarantee us a 90 minute business presentation. The guy who visited us gave us literally a 90 minute speech on who founded the company, who expanded the company, and how many customers with five star ratings they have. Only about 20 of those 90 minutes were looking through the house to set up an hvac system. The guy was nice but the sales pitch took forever, all to be quoted $10k for the job by them and $4k by a more local company for the same exact set-up. I just appreciate businessmen who get straight to business more than a company who feels the need to pitch their product for an hour and a half. If the product needs that much pitching, it?s not worth it to me."

"I am so glad I found this company to work with concerning my heating needs for my home. They have been very helpful with an issue I had with my furnace and get it back up and running for the winter season and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but when it comes time to get a new furnace and possibly new cooling system, I will definitely be contacting them! "It went well. A number of them came out and worked in various areas. One removing old unit, one getting the pad ready for the new unit. Another in the basement disconnecting the old connections. Prepping the new lines to run from the furnace to the A/C unit through the wall.
They put down drop-cloth to catch the wood shavings from drilling holes in the joists.
After getting everything connected, they tested the unit, cleaned up their mess and were done.

"The representative who has been taking care of me here is James. He is on top of the line. The thoroughness and efficieny which James have performed not only with my heating but also my air conditioning are probably the reasons why I'm staying with them. I'm confident I know what he's gonna do. I know I don't have to watch over him because he will do a good job. He has been in the industry and he knows. I feel very confident.
