I liked these guys when they first installed the system. Got the feeling they were fair and not trying to screw me. But over the years, I've become less sure of that. I also had a system installed in another house I own and have had nothing but problems with it. Every new season, heat or cooling, it requires a service. As soon as the final warranty expires on the equipment, I'm outta there. I have never found a hvac company I was pleased with after a few years and that streak unfortunately continues.
