"The team came out on short notice and was able to get our HVAC system up and running. They were able to trace a problem of a short on a wire at heat pump, then found that this had also shorted out the defrost board, which in turn fried the transformer and thermostat. Instead of giving up and telling us to get a new unit they traced all the issues. They did an amazing Job."

"Borris (the owner and one who took my call) was very nice and helpful over the phone in explaining the different party bus rentals. I rented a large capacity party bus for by 24th birthday to go to DC and back. The driver was super nice and even helped us carry drinks from our house and loaded them up in the bus. When we returned back to our destination we were all having such a good time, we asked him to drive around the block a few times and he happily obliged. The inside of the bus was very clean, the lighting was awesome and set a party/club atmosphere and the music system was very good. "Promptly returned email regarding service request, on Saturday. Responded same day to repair 2Ton Geo unit (Waterfurnace). Extremely knowable on geo-thermal systems, the repairs were made in timely manner at a fair price, my only regret on this geo unit is I should have had Continental install the system in the first place, it’s seems very likely I would not be haveing the maintenance issues."

"Our service technician was David. He arrived earlier than expected and went straight to work. Our new pump was installed in less than one hour. We were pleased with the work. He came after hours 6:30pm and did not charge an exorbitant fee. He was pleasant and very informative when asked questions. If there was a topic he was not familiar with he answer "I'm not sure". I like reliable companies with professional employees. We had another plumber come earlier and wanted to charge us $452 dollars for a 1/2 HP pump that cost on average $242, $200 for accessories for installation (I paid $276 taxes included for pump and accessories), labor charge to go and pick up the pump and to install the pump. His price $1252. I was told that it was considered an emergency so that is why the price was so high. This was the morning two days after the flood. After we got the pump we called several times and no response as of yet, He's off my list completely. I share this illustration so that buyers can make educated decisions about how best to spend their money. I don't assume that the plumber whose charges were 50% higher than anyone else I called on Angies List. I simply say do your homework and know what is considered a fair price.
