"I had American Mechanical install a heat pump system in September of 2012. At the time, I purchased a ten-year warranty. A capacitor recently burned out, and American Mechanical honored the warranty, making the repair at no cost to me."

"Overall the service was great. The problem was a bad board on the HVAC system. The technician removed the board and shoed me the damaged part of the board. He was able to order a replacement board within 24 hours and installed the board along with the pilot light and a thermostat. Before you know it, our heat was back up and running in no time. Ryan, the service representative came out and gave us an estimate of a new HVAC system, since ours had died at the colder time this year.we accepted the bid and Ryan came out started the prep work. System was installed in one day. Ryan came out the next day to check everything. We concluded our business and we have wonderful heat. I cannot sing their praises enough. "Amazing family owned company. Helped us with replacing our ageing HVAC system. We had quotes from 5 different companies and they were an easy choice. Kris(the owner) took his time evaluating our existing system and making sure we were properly informed and educated about the options, made suggestions for things that we could address on our own and caught a number of things that all the other contractors had missed. If you're in the market for a new HVAC system, needing repairs, or just want to see what improvements could be made to your existing setup I 100% recommend giving them a call!"

"I can’t say enough about this service. They clearly knew how to evaluate and fix the door. Unfortunately, it required more than I wanted To do, and they graciously took it out and disposed of the door. The price was fair, and the guys wonderful. I could not recommend them more."
