"This Company is Incredible... Tom came out and mounted 3 Tv's, . & did it perfectly.. He is very professional, , knowledgeable, on time and overall fantastic.. I can not say enough good things about Tom and this company.. He also came back a 2nd time (though he did not have to) and help me learn how to program and use my remotes. In this day and age it is very hard to find good service and quality people who actually care about the customer.. I know the highest rating on this site is a 5 star But I would give Steadfast Systems & Thomas a 10 star rating if i was allowed too!! Great Service, Great Company and a Great guy.. I already referred him to my neighbor and he fixed their TV right on the spot. I will definite use them for sound and security systems when we get finished moving in.. "I had a leak in my utility room from the storm. They sealed the door way and took out the weak wood and installed a new strong flooring. They also repaired my sliding glass doors which would not open and close correctly. Another carpenter told me that I needed new sliding glass doors. King's Son Services, LLC took off the doors and installed new wheels and the door opens and closes like new. My flooring looks awesome and strong. Their expert service is much appreciated and I would recommend them to everyone. I have already recommended them to two friends."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"Jeremy came out to my house to explain 1st Security's system (co-branded system with alarm.com), and gave me an amazingly good deal with the best pricing possible. The thing that amazed me was that 1st Security's pricing (both upfront equipment cost and the monthly monitoring charge, with full access to smart phone system) was LESS than the do-it-yourself options like FrontPoint. Yes--it was less than FrontPoint, even though 1st Security's pricing includes FULL installation by a professional (Larry, who was amazing--spent hours at my house making sure everything was right and teaching my husband and me how to use the system). Even more amazingly, 1st Security's monthly rate (again, less than FrontPoint) includes service, meaning that there is NO house-call charge, the way there was with my previous alarm company. If anything breaks, etc., they will come out and fix/replace it! Jeremy and Larry were both awesome--helpful, courteous, professional, prompt, etc. I highly HIGHLY recommend them and 1st Security. If you're thinking of going with a DIY alarm company to save money, don't bother--call 1st Security. They will also match other companies' prices!"
