"Larry Sgammato, the sales person, was more knowledgeable than the other 2 contractors from whom we obtained bids.  RollShield also installed the window protection in a very unobtrusive manner, which another contractor had told us was not allowable. 
An error was made in measuring for the hurricane screening on the transom above the front door, but RollShield took full responsibility and remeasured and remanufactured the required parts at their cost and extremely quickly. 
All work was handled in a professional manner, and all sales calls and installation appointments were punctual.  All RollShield employees were friendly and competent.

"The day that I spoke to their representative about what I wanted, he saved me $600.00 by checking on the work this contractor was doing. He went outside to speak to their crew and came in to tell me that they were going to tell me that they would need to add this amount to the job. The representative from Mr Build asked that he be allowed to take the information home overnight and to see if he could come up with a design that would give me all that I wanted. He not only designed a room to my requirements, he gave me a better, more appealing design and in the range that I could afford to pay. He also assisted me with other aspects of dealing with other contractors to help me get the best complete and final results. The design approval phase took somewhat longer than I might have liked but the design has to be approved by the state for hurricane compliance. Once the approval from the state was received, the building permits and construction began. I appreciated that the permits were on site and visible before any work began, and once the work began, it proceeded with a speed that was truly impressive. The workers were polite. They played music on a radio while they worked but you had to be in the area to hear it. Inside my home, I heard nothing. The workers were in a pleasant mood and respectful in every way during the construction. They cleaned the work area every night before they departed and I mean cleaned. No debris and the area was swept and no debris, tools, or materials were left strewn about to cause problems.For the time the crew was here, they behaved as friends to me and to my husband. Although the screen room is for my husband to enjoy and I vow to keep it from being cluttered (which is my natural inclination), I would be proud for any one to see this room and would know that in their minds they too would be imagining the possibilities this room offers. Additionally, unlike some projects, I would not be embarrassed to tell them how much the room cost because this room was worth every penny and more. Value for your money and pride of ownership go with the jobs this company completes for you. I still see various people from Mr Build. They are like good friends to us now and I am hiring them to replace the doors on my home. This will complete the remodels and additions to my home for some time but I still call them for recommendations of contractors and service providers for landscaping, etc. It's really good to find a contractor you can trust and respect and hope to call friend because they didn't let you down in any area of the job."
