An added bonus is having a professional office staff that is always there to answer the phone, keep you abreast of when the technicians will arrive, and follow up to make sure the work is satisfactory. Is Mr. Handyman the cheapest option out there? Probably not, since it is based on an hourly rate. However, pricing is not unreasonable, and for that you get high quality, reliable service. To me, that is well worth the cost. I've learned the hard way over the years that you generally get what you pay for. (Cheaper is not always better!) I highly recommend Mr. Handyman of Central MetroWest and will continue to use them for all of my home repair needs."

"Bob did an excellent job on each part of my house that he fixed. I couldn't figure out the reason a window fell down and he made a small adjustment and it worked! Gutters and downspouts are secure now. He also adjusted the windows for air conditioners to fit and drain properly. He could fix anything that I needed to be fixed."

He pointed out that he could also replace some wooden pickets on the fence which I needed to have done but didn't think about asking him as getting the gate repaired was more important. He came out on Friday morning and repaired the gate and replaced pickets as well as secure a section of fencing. He did a great job. Bertie was very polite and punctual. He kept in contact with me the entire time. I would definitely hire Bertie again and I highly recommend him."
