"install was fine and timely.  The service and contract with ADT as well as having gone through a local installer has been a nightmare.  I've quoted and re-quoted the actual contract on numerous occasions.  ADT corporate has repeatedly tried to state my contract is 38 months although the contract is 3 years (36 months).  The quality of service for a service company is poor and I've decided to pay the cancellation fee rather than taking their services with me for my next home.

In addition, they have employed an onsite security team if I am away and the alarm goes off, I would need to pay extra for that occurrence, but on a rare occasion, that I would need it, it gives me peace of mind.
