He continued to tell me that my mount did not have a tilt function even though I insisted that it did. After he left, I realized that it was not on properly and he didn t bother to use the securement screw. I took it off, saw the problem and voila, it tilted back and forth seamlessly and it is now safely installed with the securement screw."
