He also let me know when he was leaving LV to come out to my place. That is unheard of with companies here. He gave me a very competitive quote with options. Ended up scheduling the install a few days out. Installer was also very friendly and communicative. I will be calling this company from here on out with any needs that come up. I highly recommend their services. Fun fact… first company I called was a respectable local to BC company. Have used them in the past. They were late for their quote. Then they sent me their bid, which was completely out of the question. I denied their quote. Even sent them an email, and never heard back. "We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. We highly recommend Robert to care for your home as if it were his own!"
