"It has been years since we had a home security vendor and professional monitoring. Finally got around to re-adding security to our list of home services. It was more than time. Tried a package from amazon but had issues from the start. Ended up returning it. ADT ended up saving the day. We didn’t want to waste any more time with cheap security products. ADT had been the perfect fit for what we were looking for and needing."

"It all started when the roof started leaking due to shoddy workmanship and an unethical contractor who abandoned our extension project. Used Home advisor and found Cool Roof Hawaii. The first removal and installation of my beautiful shingle roof was a disaster after the solar company severely damaged the new roof voiding the warranty. Kevin the owner of Cool roof came to the rescue and the Solar Co. covered the re-roof. The quality of the roof work by Billy the foreman was very meticulous to detail and ensured the job was done safe, right and clean. I now have a beautiful roof and a happy wife. I highly recommend Cool Roof to everyone. Salesman Brenden was highly professional, informative and trustworthy. After dealing with so many shifty contractors the past years, it was a pleasure hiring Cool Roof."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"The work was good. However, I think that a less expensive monthly service could be found."

"Yvette Pringle provided courteous and professional feedback to me when I called to inquire about a new home security system.  My situation was unique because we were trying to find something that would work for a deaf person.  I appreciated that Yvette did her research to find out what would work.  She also offered different options in terms of a package and plan.  We did end up going with another company, but I really did want to recognize Yvette for her work.  She was very polite and helpful.

"Peter did a great job and my home feels safe with the new electric box."

"The service provided by CSI Secure Solutions was second to none. From the start the team was professional, diligent and tenacious in their quest for answers. This was not an easy case but Chris and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. If you are looking for a quality investigator with integrity, compassion and skill, I highly recommend CSI Secure Solutions."

"The techs were wonderful and patient in talking me through the setup process. I truly appreciated their support! The company also switched some equipment to help meet my needs. In addition, they have employed an onsite security team if I am away and the alarm goes off, I would need to pay extra for that occurrence, but on a rare occasion, that I would need it, it gives me peace of mind. I really feel I have a good system."

"LOVE this system!  Customer service was extremely nice and made my experience effortless.  Speaking of effortless, the self-installation was super easy.  It took me less than 30 minutes from start to finish to get my system up and running.  Highly recommended!"
