"ADT has exceeded my expectations! The system is reliable, the app is easy to use, and the customer service team is always helpful. I appreciate the environmental monitoring features, which go beyond just security. Knowing my home is protected 24/7 is priceless. I highly recommend ADT to anyone looking for a trustworthy security provider."

"I requested a quote for a new security system and Kevin came out and looked over our property as well as our current defunct system. He was timely and professional and I was very pleased overall. The only reason I didn't hire him is because we are moving and decided to let the next resident make that decision. I was very pleased overall with the professionalism and timeliness."

"Expert service and highest quality."

"Super helpful and fast. Even helped connect to a different old security system. Would definitely work with again in the future"

"Sam did an awesome job installing an antenna and connecting several TVs as well as a Table device. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. Will definitely look into hiring him for other services as well (network/home security)."

"I called Stephen about a light fixture that wasn't working and explained that we weren't sure why.  Over the phone, he diagnosed the most likely issue as the dimmer switch, and we agreed that he would go ahead and purchase a new dimmer and bring it with him since it was inexpensive and that way he wouldn't have to go out again for parts.
He then called on the Sunday prior to our appointment and explained he'd been called out of town and asked if we could reschedule for a few days later.  That was fine with me.  However, on the new appointment day, the time came and went with no contact.  It was over the weekend, so I figured I would call on Monday and make sure I had the date correct.
The next day (Sunday) he called and asked if I still wanted to fix the dimmer, as he could come right then after stopping at the hardware store.  It turns out he was delayed out of town and that's why he missed the appointment.
He did a good job of replacing the dimmer after testing the circuit without the dimmer in it to be sure that was the issue.  He also installed a green ground wire in the box since there wasn't one.  While he was at the house, he also looked at another fixture's electrical box since we had a question about it, which he answered.
After I had paid him, he went out to his truck and sat there for a while (filling out paperwork, I assume).  Then he came back to the door and offered me information on a direct sales opportunity with contact information for a third party.  I didn't think that was very professional.
Stephen's work was fine, and his pricing is good.  However because he missed an appointment without contacting us (so we were putting other things on hold) and because of the direct sales thing, we will probably go with other handyman services in the future.
